A. Absolutely! We provide discounts on multiple homes in any (same day) booking, so find one or more friends and book together to earn up to 20% off!
Q. What do I need to do before the technician arrives?
A. A tidy up of the house and surrounds is appreciated. We require ready access to ceiling space(man hole). Where possible, we require ready free access to 75%+ of skirting areas (floor meets wall) and ready free access to the external perimeter of the house, including weep holes, guttering, eaves and soffits.
Kitchen cupboards do not need to be emptied prior to service. Your technician will advise you on the day of any further requirements.
Q. Can you give me a Tax Invoice?
A. Yes, Your Tax Invoice will be emailed to your nominated email address before leaving site.
Q. Do you take credit cards?
A. Yes. SquareUp enables us to accept mobile credit card payments using chip or paypass. For convenience, we absorb the processing fee.
Q. Do you use harmful/dangerous chemicals?
A. We only use chemicals registered for use by APVMA. By definition, pesticides are a poison and are to be approached responsibly. We only use pesticides as prescribed by label and safety directions and we mitigate risk of undue exposure through technique and strategic chemical application.
Q. Do you treat white ants/termites?
A. While we currently do not treat termites ourselves, we work closely with partners in Goondiwindi (Border Regions Pest Control) and Stanthorpe (Beckett’s Pest Control) to provide this service.
